Delta Brain, real name Fabio Simesuc, is a rapper from Locarno with Swiss and Italian origins, born in 1993.
From a young age, Delta Brain cultivated a passion for rap, not realizing that this passion would eventually lead him to pursue music. In 2009, he began writing his first lyrics and continued his journey by joining the Setta Del Flusso, a crew of Ticino-based rappers. With this crew, he organized various freestyle contests, including Free On The Street, 2Mic1Cup, and the second edition of Back To The Skillz.
Delta Brain became one of the most active representatives in the Ticino freestyle scene thanks to the Setta Del Flusso. However, the need to embark on a solo path became evident. In 2013, he recorded his first studio single titled “Hai Mai”, an introspective track that delves into the artist’s emotions melodically.
Since then, Delta Brain has continued to produce music, creating several homemade albums until 2018.
In 2018, he collaborated with Dj. S.I.D / SuperApe to create the album “8-BITCH”, a work rich in delirium and seriousness that showcased his lyrical abilities.
The collaborations didn’t stop there. Delta Brain also worked with Oruz, a Locarno-based producer and DJ specializing in house music. Together, they released several singles, including the latest one titled “Madò” in collaboration with Vinzulto.
In 2022, Delta Brain released “Noia”, his first collaboration with Mondra. In 2023, he resumed collaboration with SuperApe, releasing the summer track “Prima Uscita feat Mara”, which became "mx3 all for one" in August 2023. Subsequently, in addition to various features, two more singles were released: “Taylor & Burton” and "Vita Offline".
On 31 July 2024, he released a new single with SuperApe (Claudio Passera) entitled ‘Giornata Storta’ feat Mara. A track that combines upbeat pop sounds with Motown influences from the 60s revisited in a modern key.
