Phibu is a musician from Solothurn, Switzerland who started to play piano in childhood. He learned to play drums as a teenager, other instruments and singing followed over time. Phibu played piano and Hammond Organ in different bands, previously with Johnny Fontane and the Rivals and now with Sascha Knell.
His first song “Free” arose in 2022, while jamming on the acoustic guitar. He set a personal challenge to record this song in full band line-up by himself. The final cut was enhanced by Martina Krähenbühl’s backing vocals and Dan Suter’s mastering.
