The Jury consisting of professionals from the national musicbusiness, that awarded ARF with the RegioSoundCredit of Basel/Switzerland, gave the following verdict: „This three-piece-band’s music is complex, groovy and a bountiful table. Somewhere between Frank Zappa, Sgt. Pepper and MathRock, ARF fathom the depths of the universe of music, at the same time rearranging the parts to a universe of their own. For eleven years ARF have been raising the bar higher and higher, without sounding brainy. Au contraire: their challenging rock, fresh and impetuous as ever, hits your guts hard.“
We say thank you for the kind words (and the money) and would solely like to add, that the new album’s nine songs were hammered out live and raw at a recording studio in Fribourg/Switzerland and captured skillfully by engineer Darren Hayne. And that we are delighted to help out with information, interviews and that we are always ready for mischief. And that – man! – we are proud of this record!
