Sometimes only a big shock can make you hear a message. In my case it was about how I used to treat women. My ex-girlfriend told me again and again… but it fell on deaf ears. Then she cut me out of her life - that was my big shock. The way I treated women was a reflection of how I treated myself. Now I treat both better.
